It was a dream of mine to spend a month in Italy. I asked Jackie to help me put together a “jigsaw puzzle” of a trip (including Florence, Sicily, Assisi and the Amalfi Coast). There's much to see and taste at this amazing spot in Naples, Italy. The hotel is on the beach of the Gulf of Naples providing a beautiful backdrop for cooking, relaxing, and exploring. A boat ride away across the Bay of Naples are the Islands of Capri and Ischia. The Cooking classes are delivered by an amazing team of Chefs cooking up Pastries, Pizzas, and Neapolitan fare.
